Griffin Security Group Sponsors the RAF Police Golf Association (RAFPGA)

Griffin Security Group is delighted to announce that it has agreed to be the official sponsor for the RAFPGA for the next 3 years. The news that Griffin Security Group has agreed to be the sponsor followed recent meetings between Colin Braziel (Executive Chairman), Allan Hildage (Chief Executive Officer) and Flight Lieutenant Dave Morris, Chairman of the RAFPGA.

The RAF Police Golf Association Championships will take place this year on Monday 24th August 2009 at Newark Golf Course. As with all such RAFPGA events, this years Championship is expected to be very well attended. Indeed, serving and retired members of the RAF Police travel from considerable distances including overseas to take part in the Championship.

Griffin Security Group has always maintained close links with the RAF Police and currently boasts a number of former members of the RAF Police amongst its staff which includes the Executive Chairman, the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Operations Officer as well as four information security consultants who have an array of specialist skills and experiences to provide clients with the very best service.

Last year Griffin Security Group hosted a ‘Resettlement Day’ at our offices in Newark-on-Trent inviting those serving colleagues who were soon to leave the Service and who had an interest in discussing which resettlement courses to consider undertaking, which career options they may wish to consider and what a CV should comprise. The event was a great success and it is hoped that another similar event can be arranged for later in 2009.
